Find relief from symptoms of trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, distressing thoughts, feelings, beliefs, dreams, and memories. Some of these modalities include including Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and integration of experiences, including adventure-based and psychedelic experiences. Individual therapy is an opportunity to learn, build, and maintain skills, or engage in reflection, exploration, and change.
